We remodeled our bathroom about 13 years ago. The grout in the shower wall was failing, causing water to get behind the wall and make the nearby drywall fail as well. Robert diagnosed the problem and regrouted the walls to fix the leakage. He noticed our floor grout was also dirty and failing, (grout technology has improved since then) and quoted us to redo the grout in our floors. He did an exceptional job with both. He was clean, quiet, professional and very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.
